1. Can I change an existing order?
At this time you can only cancel the order within the first 15 mins. As we outsource printing of the apparel and accessories once they begin production we are then charged for these items.
2. How does sizing work?
It will depend on each product, we have a separate page per product. You can view it here, product-guides-sizing-and-wash-instructions.
3. How long will it take my order to arrive?
Production time is about 2-3 days, then shipping it about 2-5 days but will depend on your location and what product you have purchased.
4. What are the shipping costs?
These rates are given by the company who produces the item you have purchased, at this time we pass that through at cost. With certain discounts we have waived these fees but on average it is roughly $4.00 per item.
5. How can I track my order?
Once the provider finishes your product then they will provide a tracking number (most of the time is via USPS) that you can then track through the link you receive via email or via USPS.com
6. What if I don't like my item?
We are a print on demand shop which means everything is printed based on your selection and is custom to you, so we don't offer returns. If the product is faulty because of the provider that made the item then we will exchange it for another item. Please just go to the contact us page to reach out to us.
