Shipping Information
SHIPPING COSTS
We currently only ship within the US. We utilize USPS or FDX service depending on the weight and size of the order.
All our products offer FREE shipping, take advantage as most companies don't.
DELIVERY TIMES
We are currently at less than 2 days for production and delivery time is in addition to the days it takes us to produce your item.
The Key 2 Merch is located in Tampa, FL
- About 1-3 business days for delivery to get on the east coast (GA,NY, ETC).
- About 3-5 business days for delivery to the central parts of the states (IL, OH, ETC).
- About 5-7 business days for delivery to the west coast (AZ, CA, ETC).
This doesn't include any holidays or carrier delays due to weather.
International Orders
At this time we only ship within the US, Please contact us for an international order.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Our packages don't offer insurance unless we are shipping USPS priority mail or FDX express services. If you order total is over $30 we will be using on of those services to ship your items.
