Cancellation Policy
All orders can be cancelled within the first 15 minutes. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us asap as these items are sent to production quickly.

Refunds/ Returns
We don't offer refunds due to the nature of the products being custom made to order.
We do offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact us and we will see what we can do to make things right.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
We are a print on demand shop which means everything is printed based on your selection and is custom to you, so we don't offer returns on most occasions. If the product is faulty due to a production error we missed we will gladly do an exchange.
